I'm a big believer in knowing practical life skills, especially when it comes to basic medical knowledge. Today I completed an in-person training session and was certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED by the American Red Cross! Hopefully I'll never have to use these skills, but I'm ready if the need ever arises. Like I learned in Boy Scouts; Be Prepared!
